Where we deliver
We accept orders for delivery to the United States and United Kingdom only. We do not ship to other countries.

Processing and delivery
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days to the United States and 10–20 business days to the United Kingdom. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; carrier and customs delays can occur.

Shipping charges and currency
Available delivery services and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Prices display in USD for the United States and GBP for the United Kingdom when the correct country is selected. Any applicable taxes or import charges will be shown or explained at checkout.

Tracking and order changes
We send tracking details when your order ships. Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update. For an incorrect address or cancellation request, contact us promptly through our Contact page; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delivery problems
If your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. Optional shipping protection does not limit your statutory rights or our responsibility under applicable law.
