Glow Gallop Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases and use of glowgallop.com, operated under the Glow Gallop store name and hosted by Shopify. For questions, use our Contact page. These terms should be read with our Privacy, Shipping and Returns policies.

Orders and payment
We accept delivery orders to the United States and United Kingdom only. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Product availability, your selected options, delivery charges and total are shown before payment. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; we may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled, is suspected to be fraudulent or contains an obvious pricing error, and refund any payment for an order we cancel.

Prices and bundle offers
US customers can shop in USD and UK customers in GBP when the appropriate country is selected. Converted prices may change with exchange rates. The checkout total is the amount to review before purchasing. Bundle discounts apply to the qualifying quantities and products shown. Optional shipping protection and warranty products are added only when selected. Any additional coverage is limited to the terms shown for that add-on and never replaces legal rights.

Products and safe use
Product colours may vary with screen settings. Read the product information and supplied care, charging and fitting instructions. Fit lights securely and check your horse is comfortable with them before use. Lights do not guarantee visibility or prevent accidents and do not replace appropriate riding equipment, supervision or road-safety precautions.

Delivery, cancellation and returns
Our Shipping Policy explains processing and estimated delivery times. Our Returns Policy provides a 30-day voluntary return offer and explains UK cancellation rights. Contact us promptly about order changes, missing deliveries or product problems. Your statutory rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods remain unaffected.

Website use and content
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or misuse another person’s information. Store branding, text and other content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Third-party services and links have their own terms and privacy practices. Shopify provides the commerce platform; purchases from this store are made with the store operator.

Responsibility and applicable rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence continue to apply. If any provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Changes to these terms apply prospectively; the terms applicable to an order are those in effect when it is placed.
